What you'll do... What youaposll do... The Content Services team is responsible for the import, data extraction, storage and retrieval of Client Tax Documents and Tax Data. Our services are used by all HR Block services and applications across the enterprise. The Financial Institution Partner Services (FIPS) Project Manager is responsible for all applications and services for onboarding and managing Financial Institution Partners (FIs), transactions and support to ensure that our tax customers have a seamless and intuitive experience. The FIPS PM will be responsible for coordinating with Product Owners across the enterprise that utilize FIPS services and managing a Feature team of Business Analysts, Engineers and QA Testers to deliver and maintain these services. The FIPS PM will run the Teamaposs Kanban board, manage work assignments, coordinate and collaborate with Product Owners, refine and deliver features and stories, and manage, monitor and report services and utilization of FIPS products across the enterprise. The PM is expected to communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities. PM professionals are also responsible for prioritizing procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures. Nearing project completion, the PM is expected to obtain feedback to assure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives. They provide the highest level of expertise in the application of project management tools and techniques. Additional Responsibilities include Manage and monitor across a complex team composition Run multiple, complex projects concurrently Work with Business Analysts to scope, plan and manage AgileKanban projects. Communicate project and operational status across teams, departments and leadership. Drive continuous improvement. Facilitate technical and architectural discussions. Create and manage team backlog. Act as a single point of contact for a portfolio of projects. Identify and manage project issues and risks. Assimilate multiple viewpoints, opinions and direction to identify, escalate and resolve gaps and discrepancies Manage teams comprised of strong and soft personalities and ensure that the best, not loudest, solution is surfaced Build relationships, maturely address technical and personal conflicts and understand when communication and escalation is required Identify and facilitate education, training and cross-training opportunities. Ensure completion of project deliverables and ensure projects are delivered on-time with superior quality. Drive a customer-centric, delivery-oriented mentality. Proactively identify technical, resource and strategic issues and mitigateresolve them early Bring experience and seasoned judgment to accelerate product delivery and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria Learn and lead use of newdifferent management tools that align with strategic organization direction Task switch and nimbly adapt to changes to productproject direction Manage change, and the corresponding change impact on team members, to minimize organizational disfunction and negative morale About HR Block...
